Waubs Harbor

Located on the East Coast of Tasmania in Bicheno, Waubs Harbour have just produced their first release whiskies the Waubs Original, Port Storm and Founders Reserve. Sourcing water from the Apsley River and producing and ageing their whisky in an old oyster hatchery, Waubs harbour is a unique representation of the coastal climate they call home. Experimentation with East Coast Tasmanian peat In some whisky production is also something to keep an eye on if you are a smokey whisky lover.
