Located on the wild Flinders Island in the Bass Strait, off the north east coast of Tasmania. Their Whisky uses unique local peat that is at once earthy and briny. It is a sustainable resource that spends a good portion of the year submerged in the salt lakes and lagoons of the east coast of flinders island. From start to finish, production is completed on the island even the peat smoking of the barley in a mobile malt kiln.
