Located in Hangar 17, the states oldest commercial aviation building. Sourcing the water used in production from the nearby South Esk, Tasmania's longest river. Master Distiller Chris Condon, has a background in the pharmaceutical industry but found his love of brewing while working at Boags Brewery, moving into whisky with his work in the early days of Nant distillery from 2008-2011. Make sure to say hello to Angus, Chris' loyal distillery dog who has been with him since his Nant days.
