Founded in 1994 Sullivans cove has been through many stages of ownership although you could argue that its legacy truly began with the entrance of Patrick Mcguire. Most if not all of Sullivans Cove whisky that has been released was distilled under the watchful eye of Pat, Including the fabled HH525 Worlds best whisky of 2014. Focusing on Single Cask whisky Sullivans Cove releases very small batches from individual casks, this leads to no whisky ever being the same.
