Spring Bay Distillery

Established in 2015 by Cam and Suzy Brett, Spring Bay has become a go to for whisky and gin lovers across Australia. The use off East coast Tasmanian rainwater means that a true sense of place can be experienced in all of their products. With two Distillery locations, the first being Spring Beach the place it all began and where they still produce much of their gin and their Cambridge production facility is now up and running producing a grain to barrel Whisky experience for visitors.
