Spirit thief set out to bring the two worlds of wine and whisky together in a way that highlights both of the Tasmanian industries. With Whiskies aged in barrels previously used for shiraz, cabernet and grenache, for full maturation. Being the one of the only distilleries creating these styles of whiskies, its sure to bring a unique experience to both whisky and wine lovers alike.
