In 2020, Rob, Nathan, and Dave founded a brewery/distillery with a mission to create the ultimate Boiler Maker from scratch. In 2022, they opened their doors to the public, proudly showcasing their pre-release rye and single malt whiskies along with a selection of craft beers in North Hobart.
