Lower Marsh Distillery

Started in 2019 by Steve Knight and Corey Hazelwood, nestled at the foot of Spring Hill, the distillery sources its pristine water from the hill's base, using it as the foundation of their whisky. They also grow their own barley on their farm and combine it with the spring water for a truly unique taste. A true paddock-to-bottle experience.
