King Island Distillery

Established in 2014 owner and operator Heidi Weitjens began the process of working with and learning from many Tasmanian distilling ambassadors, leading to the release of here first spirits in 2020 and the building of the permanent production facility located on king island off the north west coast of tasmania. Starting with Gin and vodka heidi has now added King island whisky to her releases.
