Killara Distillery

Deciding to start her own distillery in 2016 Kristy named Killara after the street that was the location of the original Lark family distillery in 1992. Being a second generation distillery Kristy has 18 years of experience both at her own distillery and through working with her parents Bill and Lyn Lark. Killara is being established to grow many of the ingredients used on site. This means barley for the whisky and botanicals for the gin that is also available.
