Started in 2017 by Dave Hunn and family, hunnington distillery overlook trial bay and Dead Mans Point just outside of Kettering about 40 minutes drive from Hobart. Using rainwater and locally sourced ingredients they craft their whiskies and spirits with distinctive Tasmanian style.
