Heartwood

The first independent bottler in Tasmania. Heartwood has gained a devoted following in Australia and beyond. They age and bottle whisky from 15 different distilleries in Australia and New Zealand, showcasing them often at cask strength with alcohol by volume (ABV) of 65-70% or higher. They use various barrel styles during maturation, resulting in unique releases that highlight both origin and heartwood. You will not find their bottles on shelves anywhere as they are offered exclusively to the Barking Mad Club on their website.
