Fannys Bay Distillery

Ex-diesel mechanic Mathew and ex-hairdresser Julie Cooper founded their distillery in 2014 in Lulworth, Northern Tasmania, the process all starting with Mathew building the still they now use to craft their spirit. Their location allows them to tap into the area's clean air and pristine rainwater, which ultimately affects the taste and character of their spirits.
