As the only whisky distillery on the west coast of Tasmania the whisky produced here is unique in its climate and style. This is due to the wild conditions of that region of tasmania, wind sweeps across the coastline untouched by any land mass for 16000km. A location worth visiting for the whisky and the wild scenery.
