Eden Whisky

Eden Whisky is produced on our small farm situated at the foot of kunanyi/Mt. Wellington, 420m above sea level in Southern Tasmania. Our distillery is one of the highest in the region, located behind Collinsvale only about 30mins from Hobart city. To ensure the purity and terroir of their product, they use water that flows directly down the mountain above the distillery.
