In 2015 two good mates called Adam (Adam Pinkard & Adam Saunders) came together to create a Whisky distillery, located a short distance south of Launceston. Pioneers of what they call the Sloshing process there is no doubt that the whisky produced here is unique in character and style. In February of 2021 a fire destroyed the distillery, fortunately the barrel houses were not affected in the fire, leaving at least one silver lining to the disaster. This has meant that while the distillery was rebuilt whisky could still continue to be released consistently.
